Under the title of Beckett 101, ACM (Associació per a la Cultura i l’Art Contemporani) in Mataró, Can Xalant, Centre de Creació i Pensament Contemporani de Mataró, the Municipal Agency of Culture in Mataró, H. Associació per a les Arts Contemporànies in Vic, the Contemporary Art and Culture Chair at the University of Girona and the Centre Cultural la Mercè in Girona offered a series of activities throughout 2007 as a tribute and reflection on the various works of Beckett, poet, narrator, playwright, essayist, scriptwriter for cinema, radio and TV. In Mataró the activities took place in Can Xalant and Can Palauet. The programme was as follows:
